These Terms govern your access to and use of the Behold Android application and related services, published and operated under the name Behold in Québec, Canada. By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally capable of entering these Terms. You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.
2. Wellness disclaimer
Results vary and we do not guarantee any particular outcome. Do not use Behold while driving, operating machinery or in a situation requiring full attention. For an emergency, contact local emergency services or a qualified professional.
3. Licence and acceptable use
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence for non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, publicly perform, commercially exploit, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, interfere with security, share Premium access improperly or use the Services unlawfully.
4. Premium subscriptions
Some content requires Behold Premium. Pricing, billing period, taxes, offers and renewal terms are displayed in Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions are processed by Google Play and generally renew automatically unless cancelled before the current billing period ends. Manage or cancel through Google Play.
Deleting Behold or your Behold account does not necessarily cancel a Google Play subscription. Refunds, payment methods and billing disputes are handled under Google Play policies except where law requires otherwise.
5. Changes to the Services
We may add, modify, replace, restrict or discontinue content and features. We do not promise that a particular meditation, affirmation, visualization, price or feature will remain available indefinitely.
6. Intellectual property
Audio, scripts, text, design, illustrations, logos, trademarks, software and other content are owned by or licensed to Behold and protected by law. No rights are transferred except the limited licence above.
7. Third-party services
Behold relies on Firebase, Google Play and RevenueCat. Your use of those services may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or decisions beyond our reasonable control.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Behold and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to address a violation, fraud, security risk, legal requirement, harmful conduct or discontinued Services.
