Delete Your Behold Account

You may request permanent deletion of your Behold account and the personal data associated with it.
How to submit a request
Send an email from the email address associated with your Behold account. Use the subject Delete my Behold account.
You may also email behold.meditation.app@gmail.com manually.
Verification
We may ask you to verify control of the account email or provide limited information needed to locate the account. Do not send your password or payment-card details.
What will be deleted
- Your Behold authentication account.
- Your first and last name and email stored for account purposes.
- Your Firebase user identifier.
- Your account-linked favorites and related preferences.
What may be retained
Limited records may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, disputes, agreement enforcement or financial and subscription matters. Google Play and RevenueCat may separately retain transaction or subscription records under their own policies and legal obligations.
Subscription cancellation is separate
Open Google Play and cancel Behold Premium from your subscriptions. Google Play controls billing and cancellation.
Processing time
We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and complete verified requests within a reasonable period, subject to applicable law, technical constraints and permitted retention requirements.
